Nancy Kwangwa has over 10 years of work experience in academic and special libraries. Currently, she is the Manager for Scholarly Communication and Publishing at the University of Zimbabwe Library. Nancy’s role involves developing and implementing robust research support services to researchers. Nancy is an experienced trainer in the areas of digital literacy, information literacy, research data management and scholarly communication. Nancy serves as an Enthusiast for the Open Knowledge Maps project. She is grateful for the opportunity to be one of the panelists at the FORCE 21 Conference and is looking forward to great interactions.
